ZX-DC100:

1. While in image mode, press the menu button to bring up image mode settings
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate, and move to the last option in the menu
3. Confirm when asking if you want to reset camera to factory default settings

ZX-DC200 and ZX-DC200SL:

1. Press the mode button to cycle through to settings mode
2. Use the arrow key to navigate down to reset all.
3. Confirm action

ZX-DC300BL:

1. Switch to live preview interface using the mode button, and press the menu button to bring up settings
2. Select the gear button at the left side of the screen using the up/down button
3. Click ok to confirm selection
4. Select the factory reset option and confirm action
